Devendrapratap Singh

Director

Devendra has over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. He has been involved in discovery and development of several molecules that leads to IND and also their progression to Phase-III commercial manufacturing.

He earned his Ph. D. in Organic Synthesis from Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly UDCT), Mumbai, under the supervision of Prof. S. D. Samant. In 2005, he began his career as a Medicinal Chemistry Scientist at Curia (formerly AMRI) and was involved in synthesis of several biologically active compounds. Thereafter, he moved to Sai Life Sciences and was responsible for process development and manufacturing of numerous potential candidates and API’s for IND and regulatory filing.

Devendra then moved to Nektar Therapeutics and was in leadership role and head of Process and Analytical Development Department. He was responsible for Early-Stage development and material supply for several candidates for IND filing and Late-Stage development using QbD principles for smooth commercial manufacturing. He also worked and managed several CDMO across the world for commercial supply of material.
