Upendarcompleted his Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Osmania University in 2006. He has 16 years of diverse experience and started his career in Pharmaceutical industry with CURIA Inc. (Formerly AMRI) as Research Scientist, later he moved Nektar Therapeutics, as a Scientist-II.

His work experience includes, synthesis &purification of several biologically active compounds from mg to multikilo gram scale. He gained great experience on Early and Late stage development of several NCE’s/API’s and key intermediates using QbDprinciples and tech transferred process to support GLP tox, IND filing and commercial manufacturing.
